International Literary Cabaret November 16

Madrid's second International Literary Cabaret will be held Tuesday, November 16, from 9:30 to 11:30 p.m. at Café Isadora, calle Divino Pastor 14.

I will be reading, and it's an open mic, so you can, too.

Read your own poetry or recite from your favorite poets, act out a scene from a play you love, sing, read your short story or essay, or just improvise. Emphasis on English or Spanish, but other languages are welcome. Ideally, aim for something about 3 to 5 minutes long.

If participating isn't for you, just come and enjoy. No fees or cover charges, and the drink prices at Café Isadora are reasonable in case you come thirsty. It's in the Malasaña neighborhood near metro stations Bilbao or San Bernardo.
